Hi, My name is Sue

I am a nutrition coach, recovered Yo-Yo dieter, a lifter of heavy things and champion and advocate for menopausal women everywhere.

If you are looking to learn how to support your body through menopause and find ways to balance good health with your career and home life, then I can help!

MY STORY

Are you navigating the complexities of menopause while leading in the boardroom? You’re not alone.

As a CEO with over 25 years in corporate B2B sales, I experienced firsthand the challenges that come with menopause; the crippling brain fog, dips in confidence, sudden anxiety and unexpected hot flashes that always seem to come during crucial meetings. It’s having to manage these experiences alone that fueled my transition to a Nutrition Coach and Menopause Educator, specializing in helping executive women like you.

I understand the unique challenges executive women face during menopause. You are already stressed out; time poor and probably not paying the kind of attention to your health that you should be in midlife. Your body is not responding as it used to and but you don’t have the time to take a step back and reassess what it really needs through the menopause transition.

My own struggles with brain fog, confidence, and urinary issues amidst high-stakes corporate decisions led me to completely reevaluate my health and career, to seek not only personal solutions but also to be able to take what I have learned so I can support and empower others.

I am currently advancing my expertise by studying for a diploma in Nutritional Science, ensuring that I stay abreast of the latest findings to bring an evidence-based approach to my coaching. My commitment to continuous learning is the cornerstone of my practice, enabling me to offer support in managing your menopause symptoms, achieving lasting weight loss, and establishing healthy, sustainable habits.

What I Offer:

  • Evidence-Based 1:1 Nutrition Coaching: A truly personalized plan, tailored to your specific health goals and busy lifestyle.

  • Integrative Approach: Combining nutrition, sleep, exercise, and stress management, as well as incorporating education around MHT (menopause hormone therapy) if required.

  • Menopause Education Workshops: If you’re a leader you’ll already appreciate the power of learning and awareness in the workplace. These workshops are designed for corporations to offer to all employees awareness and support

My Philosophy:

At the heart of my practice lies a commitment to evidence-based, common-sense strategies. I firmly believe that education is the key to empowerment. By providing comprehensive knowledge, I enable women to explore their options and make informed decisions that resonate with their individual menopause experience and lifestyle needs.

This is no cookie-cutter program or belly busting 30-day plan. I offer a truly personalized 1:1 approach. Meeting clients where they are, I facilitate the hard work required to transform both body and mindset. It’s not an easy process, change is hard and requires dedication and perseverance, but transformation is attainable at any age when you have the right tools in place.

Through this tailored approach, I support women in improving their menopause symptoms, aiding weight loss, and establishing healthy habits that are sustainable long term. It’s a partnership where I walk alongside you, providing the tools and guidance necessary to reclaim control over your body, mind and well-being.

We all deserve to feel fabulous, whatever fabulous means to you!
