About Sue Page — Certified Nutritionist Specialising in Midlife & Menopause Health
Hi, My name is Sue
I’m an MNU-certified nutritionist, recovered yo-yo dieter, lifter of heavy things and a champion and advocate for midlife and menopausal women everywhere.
Women deserve clear, evidence-based guidance and advice to support their midlife health. So many of us spent decades struggling with our relationship with food, shaped by the diet culture of the 80’s and 90’s, and that leaves a lasting impact.
For so long we’ve been taught that we need to mistreat our bodies in order to lose weight and be smaller.
It’s time to change that narrative.
MY STORY
Menopause had a huge impact on my career. The brain fog, fatigue, and lack of confidence came at a time when I needed to be performing at my best.
As a female leader in a high-pressure, male-dominated world, I had no roadmap and zero support.
So I created one.
Now I help women understand their bodies, make sense of what’s changing, and find practical ways to work with those changes, and not fight against them. Through education, structure, and support, I help you take back control and feel strong again.
My approach
My coaching is grounded in evidence and focused on what actually drives change; understanding your body, your habits, and your mindset.
We look at how you eat, train, and live, and then make small, realistic changes that add up over time.
Simple, sustainable, and built around your lifestyle and needs.
My philosophy
Women don’t need saving but we’re being misled.
We’re told our bodies are broken, that everything’s downhill after 40, and that menopause is something to be “fixed.”
It’s rubbish.
We don’t need more noise or more nonsense. We need facts, straight answers, and practical tools that actually help.
