For years, I was doing what so many high performing women do: working long hours, constantly putting myself last, chasing quick fixes, and trying to manage my body through restrictive dieting and building an impressive supplement stack.
By the time perimenopause hit, the strategies I had relied on for decades had completely stopped working and the impact reached far beyond my weight. My energy, confidence, self esteem, and ability to consistently perform all took a hit.
That experience led me back to studying and ultimately finding the system and approach that finally worked for me. FortyFiftyFabulous was built from that journey and from a desire to help other women stop fighting their bodies and start understanding what they actually need through midlife..
